I offer services to children, teens, and adults that are experiencing anxiety, depression, challenges with life transitions, past trauma, parenting, and more.
I specialize in working with children with behavioral concerns and/or trauma. I have experience in working with families, helping build connections and positive parenting skills. I often bring concepts from CBT, motivational interviewing, and strengths-based approaches to my practice. I am also trained to provide TF-CBT and EMDR.
