"The act of revealing oneself fully to another and still being accepted may be the major vehicle of therapeutic help" - Irvin D. Yalom

A difficult season

Everyone goes through stressful times in their lives, some more painful than others. If you are considering therapy, I commend you for making the decision to improve your life. I meet my clients where they are, work together to set goals, and then we meet those goals. I use my wide range of knowledge and experiences to best serve my clients and their individual needs. I believe that everyone is learning and hope that if you choose to pursue therapy you will come out with a better understanding of yourself and your relationship with the rest of the world.

Finding the right helper

I am well versed in Existential, Cognitive-Behavioral, Client-Centered, and Trauma-Informed Therapies as well as meditation and mindfulness-based approaches. I have an interest in therapeutic life changes with a focus on diet, sleep, and exercise and their effects on mental health.
I have researched ICU delirium and am interested in providing services for individuals who have experienced hallucinations, delusions, or disorientation while in an Intensive Care Unit setting. I am also trained in assisting people to integrate difficult or life-changing experiences that occurred during other altered states of consciousness.
