Self-compassion enables us to process, hold space for, and eventually let go of our limiting beliefs and experiences.

I’m ready to work on me

Difficult life transitions, low self-worth, body image struggles, or striving for a work-life balance can feel exhausting. So, you just ignore it and hope it goes away by working harder. Willing yourself to get there is not working and you are ready for a change. You know it must start with you. I see a therapeutic relationship as a catalyst for growth; a place for one to be fully seen and validated. The pressures that people are facing to dedicate energy to professional life and personal relationships, all while avoiding getting caught up in our success and accomplishment-driven society can be overwhelming. I coach people to find beauty in the present. Together, we work to replace negative inner dialogue and obstructive thought processes with creativity, passion, and self-love.

Looking in the mirror

Compassion and curiosity are at the heart of my work. Self-compassion enables us to process, hold space for, and eventually let go of our limiting beliefs and experiences. Curiosity allows us to view our circumstances nonjudgmentally. It is with acceptance we move forward and create new ways of being. I believe that every person has the capacity to start living more consciously and intentionally, to access their inner wisdom and intuition, and to experience new levels of authenticity. I work with those seeking balance in their life. They may want to strengthen important relationships in their lives whether those be with the self or with others.

Find purpose and meaning

A person with increased self-awareness is empowered to navigate transitions, find balance, make decisions, establish boundaries, identify meaning and purpose, and process stressful events. I would be honored to hear your story and work with you on the journey toward rediscovering your best self.
