Taking the first step to seek help for yourself can be scary and overwhelming, but once the first step is taken, it becomes easier to take the next few. It can be difficult to manage life on life’s terms by yourself. You are not alone, therapy can help you through life’s unexpected bumps in the road. Whether you are struggling with current stressors, past life experiences, or everything far and in between, help is here. My role is to listen, guide, support, and empower those who are struggling. I aim to provide an open-minded, safe, and empathic environment to explore your stressors, concerns, and life experiences without judgment.

With compassion and radical acceptance, I meet individuals where they are at in life. My approaches are centered around mindfulness while empowering and supporting the individual by providing strength-based, person-centered therapy. My experiences stem from working alongside individuals struggling with anxiety, grief/loss, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, and substance use. I believe each individual is shaped and molded by life experiences. I welcome the opportunity to learn what has shaped you as a person, and how I can best support your needs.
