See yourself in a new light

Moving out of long-held patterns of how you show up in the world and how you feel your feelings (or don’t) can be scary and difficult, but you deserve to get unstuck. Sometimes having the space to name the emotions and feelings can start the process of healing and change. I believe this healing occurs in a safe, non-judgmental environment where you feel heard, supported, and empowered.  Some of our deeply held core beliefs need to be evaluated.  Some need to be replaced and some renewed to find a sense of balance and peace in life.

In my career, I have worked with individuals from diverse backgrounds who have struggled with various disorders and challenges that include PTSD, ADHD, trauma, depression, self-harm, suicidal ideation, mood and personality disorders, anxiety, and substance abuse. Whatever you may be struggling with, my goal is to walk alongside you while you heal, grow, and thrive. You were never meant to do it all alone.
