Relationships and Intimacy

Many people when searching for a therapist wonder “How could this person help me? How are they different?” – I’m a believer that what you’re looking for is not out there, it’s in you! Through working together on self-compassion and radical acceptance; you can cultivate the antidote to shame: empathy. I hope to create a space where difficult topics like sex and intimacy can be discussed in safe and helpful ways.   It can feel like a very lonely place when your most intimate relationships are not going so well.  I will provide a supportive, and judgment-free space.   Let’s work together to find some solutions that you’ll feel great about.  We can work together towards your goals and your pace.

You can be a better you

I received my Bachelor of Social Work in 2018 and went on to complete my Master of Social Work in 2019. My professional experience has made me particularly passionate about helping those affected by the criminal justice system, experiencing problematic sexual behaviors, or undergoing a transition in life. Reintegration into the community during and after periods of grief, shame, and anxiety is no easy feat. Negative self-talk and struggles with self-compassion can make any duration of time feel like a life sentence. It’s never too late to hit the reset button, so let’s begin this new journey together!
